温室栽培欧洲甜樱桃‘红灯’和‘美早’光合特性研究Studies on photosynthetic characteristics of sweet cherry 'Hongdeng' and 'Tieton' in greenhouse

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】研究温室栽培条件下欧洲甜樱桃品种‘红灯’和‘美早’的光合特性。【方法】采用LI-6400便携式光合仪,测定温室栽培‘红灯’和‘美早’叶片的光合日变化及其光响应曲线,分析净光合效率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)与各生理生态因子的相关性。【结果】温室内‘红灯’Pn日变化呈单峰曲线,‘美早’Pn日变化呈三峰曲线;‘红灯’Pn与光合有效辐射(PAR)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),Tr与PAR、气温(Ta)及叶温(Tl)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而‘美早’Pn、Tr与其他生理生态因子的相关性均不显著;温室内‘红灯’的光补偿点(LCP)及光饱和点(LSP)均高于‘美早’。【结论】温室内‘红灯’虽有较宽的光适应范围,但在低光照条件下其Pn明显低于‘美早’,PAR是影响温室‘红灯’Pn的主要环境因子。
