水肥耦合对核桃光合特性与品质的影响Effect of water and fertilizer coupling on photosynthetic characteristics and quality in walnut

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨核桃高产优质栽培的理论依据。【方法】选‘新新2号’核桃为试材,设置不同梯度的水肥耦合模式,研究其对核桃光合特性和品质的影响。【结果】整个生育期核桃叶片净光合速率(Pn)呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)呈"高-低-高-低"变化趋势。硬核期叶片初始荧光(F_0)值、最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm),PSII总的光化学量子产额(Yield)和表观电子传递速率(ETR)均比油脂转化期的值高;硬核期光化学淬灭系数(QP)在0.75~0.86范围内变化;在低肥水平下,非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)随着灌水量的增加而增加。低水、低肥2-II处理中核桃还原糖、脂肪、纤维素和碘价含量最低,而核桃蛋白质含量最高。灌溉定额在3.41 m~3/株、施肥水平在2.661 kg·株~(-1)的高肥高水处理下可以提高核桃完整个数和产量;水肥耦合处理可以降低核壳厚度。【结论】水肥耦合处理可以提高核桃光合作用和品质。
