不同种类柑桔幼苗生长势与叶片过氧化物酶活性、GA_s和ABA含量的关系

摘要(Abstract):
以11种柑桔幼苗为试材,研究了其生长势(以树高为测定指标)与叶片内的过氧化物酶活性、GA1+3+4+7和ABA含量的关系,结果表明:随着株高的增加,叶片过氧化物酶活性降低,GA1+3+4+7含量、GA1+3+4+7/ABA值上升,ABA含量有下降趋势,其中叶片过氧化物酶活性、GA1+3++4+7/ABA值与株高呈显著相关。
