摘要(Abstract):
以3年生盆栽京优葡萄为试材,研究灌溉方式对葡萄叶片结构的影响。结果表明:灌溉方式对叶片结构产生明显影响,且因灌溉方式而异。和大水漫灌相比,滴灌增加了叶厚度,膜上灌溉2(地膜+反光膜)处理增加了幼叶组织结构紧密度(tissue structure tense ratio,CTR)。气孔开闭日变化因灌溉方式而异,但对气孔纵径的影响各处理间均无显著差异。
