大连地区樱桃园根际土壤细菌群落功能多样性分析Analysis of the rhizosphere bacterial community and function diversity in cherry orchard of Dalian region

摘要(Abstract):
利用Biolog生态微平板法,分析了大连地区黏土、沙壤土、粗骨土3种不同质地土壤樱桃园微生物代谢活性及其功能多样性。结果表明,土壤微生物的数量、群落代谢活性、底物碳源利用数(S)、多样性指数(H)及均匀度指数(J)均为黏土>沙壤土>粗骨土,3种质地的土壤细菌碳源均以利用碳水化合物为主,而对芳香化合物和胺类化合物的利用喜好不同,其中黏土对芳香化合物的利用率相对较高,沙壤土和粗骨土对胺类化合物的利用率相对较高。说明,土壤质地可影响樱桃园的土壤微生物功能多样性,其中以黏土最丰富,沙壤土次之,粗骨土最差。3种土壤质地樱桃园的表土与根际土之间的土壤微生物群落代谢活性、土壤细菌碳源利用情况以及土壤细菌代谢功能多样性差异并不显著。由此可见,土壤质地是决定樱桃园土壤细菌群落功能多样性的主要因素。
