蛋白质组学技术在果树生殖生物学方面的应用研究进展Advance of proteomics in the research of fruit tree reproduction

摘要(Abstract):
蛋白质组学伴随后基因组学发展的需要而诞生,其发展迅速。果树生殖生物学的蛋白质组学是近年来的研究热点,对揭示果树生殖发育的分子机制具有重要价值。围绕果树花的发育、果实发育、胚胎发育、体胚发育4个方面阐述了蛋白质组学在果树生殖生物学研究中的应用现状。对蛋白质组学在果树学领域研究中存在的不足进行了讨论,认为分析技术手段的多样化、分析层次的多元化及与其他学科的紧密融合是果树生殖发育蛋白质组学的主要发展趋势。
