中国葡萄属野生种色素双糖苷的鉴定Identification of Anthocyanin Diglucoside in Chinese Wild Vitis Species

摘要(Abstract):
利用荧光光度法和波谱扫描分析,对原产我国的葡萄属9个野生种和变种的17个株系的花色素双糖苷进行了定性定量测定。结果表明:中国葡萄属野生种均含有花色素双糖苷,但含量在种间和株系间差异较大,最多的是复叶葡萄甘肃—91(225.67mg·l~(-1)),最少的是刺葡萄济南—1(39.91mg·l~(-1))。
