连作土与灭菌土对平邑甜茶幼苗生长发育的影响Effects of Successive Cropping Soil and Successive Cropping Soil Pasteurized on the Growth and Development of Mains hupehensis Seedlings

摘要(Abstract):
以平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,探讨了连作土和温度处理的灭菌连作土对其生长发育的影响。结果表明,温度处理的灭 菌连作土能够增加植株细根的表面积、总长度和根尖数;增强白根与褐根的呼吸强度;延长根系寿命;增加植株的生物量、 叶面积;灭菌处理连作土中植株白根的呼吸强度、生物量和叶面积与连作土处理的差异显著。
