不同浓度赤霉素(GA)在不同时期喷布对抑制苹果花芽形成的效果EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION OF GA SPRAYING IN DIFFERENT PERIOD FOR RETARDING FRUIT BUDS FORMATION OF APPLE TREES

摘要(Abstract):
用“国光”苹果作试材进行了不同浓度赤霉素(GA)对抑制苹果花芽形成的效果试验。50ppm没有抑制效果,200ppm显示出抑制效果;500—1000ppm有明显的抑制作用。花量下降达到对照的1/2-1/3。还进行了不同喷布时期试验,结果表明,从枝条停止生长开始直到花芽形态分化前,整个“花芽孕育的临界时期”内任何时候进行,都有同等的抑制效果;从一次喷布增加为两次喷布(间隔10天),甚至五次喷布,都未能使抑制效果有显著的增加。
