葡萄9个重要花发育相关基因在藤稔葡萄夏芽成花过程中的表达分析Expression of nine important floral genes during flower differentiation and development of the summer buds of grapevine cv. Fujiminori

摘要(Abstract):
利用荧光定量PCR技术对9个葡萄花发育相关基因在藤稔葡萄夏芽成花过程中的表达进行分析。所研究的基因包括:Vitis vinifera AGAMOUS(VvAG)、Vitis vinifera APETALA3(VvAP3)、Vitis vinifera FLOWERING LOCUSC(VvFLC)、Vitis vinifera FRUITFUL(VvFUL)、Vitis vinifera FLOWERING LOCUS T(VvFT)、Vitis vinifera APETALA2(VvAP2)和Vitis vinifera SUPPRESSOR OF OVER EXPRESSION OF CO1(VvSOC1)、Vitis vinifera APETALA1(VvAP1)以及Vitis vinifera LEAFY(VvLFY)。结果表明,经摘心处理的夏芽能够进行花芽分化及花芽形成,而未经处理的对照组夏芽未形成花芽;9个基因在处理与对照夏芽及发育枝茎尖中的表达存在一定的差异,其在处理样品中的表达与拟南芥中同源基因的表达基本相符。该研究对于深入了解葡萄花发育的分子机理,相关基因在转基因中的利用以及其表达的合理调控等具有重要的理论指导意义。
