西瓜种质资源对南方根结线虫抗性鉴定Screening and evaluation of watermelon germplasm for resistance to Meloidogyne incognita

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为了研究准确鉴定评价西瓜种质资源抗南方根结线虫侵染能力的方法,筛选抗性材料,【方法】以35份西瓜种质资源为试材,采用盆栽幼苗人工接种方法,测定了南方根结线虫侵染60 d时西瓜幼苗各器官相对生长量及相关抗病指标,并进行了聚类分析和隶属函数分析。【结果】结果表明,南方根结线虫侵染后不同西瓜种质资源幼苗各器官的相对生长量、抗病指标及其变异系数的影响显著不同;采用变异系数最大的根结指数进行聚类分析结果与4个抗病指标综合分析结果存在微小差异,但与5个相对生长量指标以及相对茎鲜质量的聚类分析结果存在较大差异。根据综合指标隶属函数分析,确定了西瓜种质资源抗南方根结线虫的顺序。【结论】采用多指标综合聚类分析与单一指标聚类分析相结合更能准确划分西瓜种质资源抗根结线虫的类群,通过综合鉴定评价,可将供试的35份西瓜种质资源分为高感、感病、低抗3个类群,无中高抗材料,其中抗性最强的是红籽瓜,抗性最弱的是中科6号。
