山东苹果主产区金纹细蛾对4种杀虫剂的抗药性测定Resistance of apple leafminer, Lithocolletis ringoniella(Lepidoptera:Gracillariidae) to four insecticides in apple production areas of Shandong

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】明确金纹细蛾在山东省的敏感性水平,为科学用药提供理论依据。【方法】采用浸渍法测定了山东省金纹细蛾11个田间种群(费县、日照、平度、莱西、文登、荣成、福山、栖霞、蓬莱、龙口、沂源)的2龄幼虫对4种常规药剂的敏感性。【结果】费县种群对4种杀虫剂的LC50均最低,因此确定费县田间种群为相对敏感品系。与费县敏感品系相比,沂源种群对阿维菌素的LC50最高,为20.80 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为122.35;荣成种群对高效氯氰菊酯的LC50最高,为54.08 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为29.55;文登种群对灭幼脲的LC50最高,为106.21 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为70.34;莱西种群对杀虫双的LC50最高,为224.46 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为21.12。【结论】不同地区金纹细蛾种群对同种药剂的敏感性差异极显著,这可能与当地用药水平有关,应根据当地的抗性水平有针对性地进行抗性治理。
