枣新品种——关公枣的选育A new cultivar of Zizyphus Jujuba —— Guangongzao

摘要(Abstract):
关公枣是在山西运城发现的地方枣品种类型。该品种综合性状优异,9月上旬进入成熟期,平均单果质量10.1 g,果形扁圆柱形或圆柱形;果面平整,有光泽,果皮薄,色泽紫红色;果肉酥脆、多汁、味甜,含糖量32.2%。鲜枣可食率96.1%,制干率可达58%。早果,极丰产,果实品质优良,较抗裂果,枣股经济寿命长,易管理。该品种市场前景好,具有推广价值,年均温9.5℃以上的地区均可栽培。
