甜樱桃开花前后胚珠中淀粉和细胞器的超微结构比较A comparative study on ultra-structure of starch and organelle of the ovule in sweet cherry before and after flowering

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探明在高温下甜樱桃胚囊败育的原因。【方法】以甜樱桃品种‘早红宝石’(Prunus avium L.‘Zao Hong Bao Shi’)为试材,利用透射电镜分别对露地和日光温室条件下露白期、开花前1 d和开花后1 d胚珠中淀粉和细胞器进行超微结构观察。【结果】(1)发现淀粉颗粒仅存在于珠被上,在珠心细胞中未观察到淀粉颗粒;(2)从花芽露白期到开花后,露地和日光温室‘早红宝石’的胚珠细胞中淀粉粒在逐渐减少,同时线粒体数量在增多且结构越来越完整,畸形、嵴模糊或消失现象在好转;(3)在同一发育时期,露地‘早红宝石’珠被细胞中淀粉粒数量上少于温室的,珠心细胞线粒体数量及结构完整性不及温室的;(4)在珠被细胞中,部分线粒体嵴腔中存在淀粉微粒。【结论】胚囊发育所需的能量可能由珠被淀粉水解后供给,并且珠被的完整性对于胚囊的发育至关重要。
