欧洲甜樱桃果肉中营养元素含量的测定及相关性分析Content determination and correlation analysis of nutrient elements in three varieties of European sweet cherry

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】研究欧洲甜樱桃果肉中营养元素的含量及其相互关系。【方法】采用HNO3-HCl O4(v:v=4:1)消化体系,在常压微沸消解条件下,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了3个欧洲甜樱桃品种(‘拉宾斯’、‘雷佶娜’、‘萨米脱’)果肉中营养元素Ca、K、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn的含量。【结果】相关性分析表明,3个品种中Ca和Cu呈显著性正相关(r=0.360,P<0.05),Ca和Mn呈显著性正相关(r=0.402,P<0.05),Zn和Mn呈显著性正相关(r=0.370,P<0.05),Cu和Mn呈极显著性正相关(r=0.703,P<0.01)。方差分析表明,Ca、Cu、Mn在3个品种间的含量差异极显著(P<0.01),而K、Zn、Fe在品种间的含量差异均不显著。【结论】3个欧洲甜樱桃品种果肉中Ca、Cu、Mn含量差异显著;3个欧洲甜樱桃品种果肉中Mn与Ca、Zn、Cu以及Ca与Cu的含量具有相关性。
