生草对梨园土壤微生物、酶活性和腐殖质含量的影响Effect of sod culture on soil microbes, enzyme activities and humus composition of pear orchard

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨生草对梨园土壤生物学特性的影响。【方法】以清耕为对照,研究冀中生草4 a和生草8 a梨园,在0~80 cm土层内分层取样,测定土壤微生物、酶活性和腐殖质含量,研究生草对梨园土壤生物特性的影响。【结果】梨园微生物以细菌为主,与清耕相比较,生草可以显著增加0~20 cm土层细菌数量,且随着生草年限增加,效果显著,生草8 a可以显著提高0~30 cm土层细菌、0~50 cm土层真菌和0~20 cm土层放线菌数量;生草8 a 0~10 cm土层脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著提高;生草可以显著提高0~10 cm土层胡敏酸含量,且随着生草年限增加,胡敏酸含量升高,生草8 a 0~20 cm土层胡敏酸与富里酸比值显著高于清耕,土壤稳定性好。【结论】长期生草可以有效增加表层土壤微生物数量,提高土壤脲酶活性,增加土壤腐殖酸含量,使土壤腐殖质品质朝好的方向转化,有利于梨园土壤可持续发展。
