不同需冷量桃品种芽休眠诱导期间的生理变化Physiological changes of peach cultivars with different chilling requirement during bud dormancy induction

摘要(Abstract):
以3a生低需冷量春捷毛桃和高需冷量青州冬雪蜜桃为试材,研究桃芽自然休眠诱导期间的生理变化。结果表明,在自然休眠诱导期间,桃芽中水分质量分数和存在状态、膜透性、淀粉和可溶性糖质量分数以及呼吸代谢发生重大变化。伴随着自然休眠的发展,桃芽中水分质量分数、自由水/束缚水比值和膜透性迅速降低,且青州冬雪蜜桃先于春捷毛桃下降,下降速度青州冬雪蜜桃大于春捷毛桃;而淀粉和可溶性糖质量分数则迅速增加,青州冬雪蜜桃先于春捷毛桃增加,增加速度青州冬雪蜜桃大于春捷毛桃;呼吸强度逐渐降低,同时呼吸途径发生重大变化,其中蛋白质和脂肪的三羧酸循环途径的容量急剧增加;糖酵解—三羧酸循环途径的容量呈不规则变化;磷酸戊糖途径的容量逐渐降低;剩余呼吸途径的容量逐渐升高。
