1-MCP对甜瓜‘黄醉仙’果实采后衰老的影响Effect of 1-MCP on post-harvest fruit senescensce of ‘Huangzuixian' melons

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对甜瓜‘黄醉仙’果实采后衰老的影响。【方法】以商品熟‘黄醉仙’为试材,用1μL·L-11-MCP室温熏蒸24 h后常温贮藏,测定其对果实硬度、膜脂过氧化及活性氧代谢的影响。【结果】对照果实采后硬度降低,丙二醛含量上升,LOX活性升高、活性氧不断积累,1-MCP处理明显延缓上述指标变化。且处理活性氧清除酶SOD、CAT、POD活性水平低于对照,说明活性氧参与保护酶调节。【结论】1-MCP处理可延缓甜瓜‘黄醉仙’果实采后衰老,延长其保鲜期。
