基于主成分与聚类分析综合评价杨凌地区红色鲜食葡萄果实品质Comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality of 12 red table grape cultivars cultivated in Yangling area based on principal component and cluster analyses

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】果实品质评价是果树品种优选的基础和前提,比较杨凌地区不同红色鲜食葡萄品种的果实品质差异,可为筛选适合该地区栽培的红色鲜食葡萄品种提供参考。【方法】采用描述性统计、相关性分析、主成分与聚类分析法对该地区12种红色鲜食葡萄果实的22个主要品质性状(单粒质量、果形指数、L~*、a~*、b~*、硬度、脆性、黏着性、弹性、凝聚性、胶黏性、耐咀性、回复性、可溶性固形物含量、还原糖含量、可滴定酸含量、糖酸比、可食率、含水率、出汁率、蛋白质含量、维生素C含量)进行分析,并对各品种果实进行感官品评。【结果】12种红色鲜食葡萄果实各品质性状存在显著差异,部分品质性状间存在相关性;主成分分析提取的前5个主成分累积方差贡献率达88.55%,能够反映果实的基本品质性状;通过系统聚类分析12种红色鲜食葡萄分为4大类;感官评价结果表明‘,无籽红提‘’美人指‘’夏黑’和‘蜜光’果实肉质细脆、汁液丰富、香味浓郁,品质性状较佳‘,京亚‘’摩尔多瓦’和‘早巨选’果实肉质粗糙、口感酸涩,品质相对较差,其他品种居中。【结论】研究结果初步判定了杨凌地区不同品种红色鲜食葡萄果实品质差异,可为进一步选育或生产利用提供参考。
