苹果种质资源对苹果树腐烂病抗性评价Evaluation of resistance of malus germplasms to apple canker(Valsa ceratosperma)

摘要(Abstract):
为全面了解苹果种质资源对苹果树腐烂病的抗性情况,利用2个不同来源的苹果腐烂病菌株,连续2 a对204份苹果种质资源进行了枝条离体接种鉴定。结果表明,接种后不同的种质资源的发病率和严重度均表现出丰富的多样性。西洋苹果资源(Malus domestica Borkh.)中发病率较低-极低的品种和类型所占的比例较高(16.6%);而野生资源(Malus sp.)中发病的严重度较轻-极轻的材料所占的比例较高(30.8%)。而供试的2个菌株致病力存在差异。通过抗病性综合评价,发现红卡维、青森早生和克勒沟大果山定子为抗病种质资源;意大利早红、詹姆斯格里夫、蒙派斯、新疆25、法8号、球形海棠、优7-5和紫云为中抗种质资源;未发现高抗种质资源。
